ENTERPRISE EDITION – CUSTOM
In this, the most commonly-used edition, an HPC Facilitator expertly guides the entire Fundamentals System implementation process from beginning to end – from helping to craft your company’s custom Fundamentals, to selecting the appropriate rituals and training tools, to conducting onsite rollout sessions to fully engage your entire workforce. The facilitator also guides the deployment of CultureWise and serves as an ongoing resource to leadership.
ENTERPRISE EDITION – STANDARD
The Standard version of the Enterprise Edition differs from the Custom version only in that we use a predetermined set of industry-specific Fundamentals that have been field-tested with hundreds of clients. You still have an HPC Facilitator expertly guiding the entire implementation process from beginning to end – including selecting the appropriate rituals and training tools and conducting onsite rollout sessions to fully engage your entire workforce. The facilitator also guides the deployment of CultureWise and serves as an ongoing resource to leadership.
SMALL BUSINESS EDITION
The Small Business Edition is a largely do-it-yourself version of the Fundamentals System, designed exclusively for companies with 25 or fewer employees. With the benefit of a coaching call with an HPC Facilitator, we provide all the tools necessary to help you implement the Fundamentals System on your own – from industry-specific sets of Fundamentals, to suggestions for rituals, to a full Rollout Guide, to everything you need to deploy CultureWise effectively.
Designed specifically for companies running the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), the EOS Edition integrates seamlessly into every aspect of your practice, helping you take the “people” portion of your practice to an even more systematic level. The EOS Edition includes the same level of full support as the Enterprise Edition, with an expert HPC facilitator guiding you every step of the way.
